The SVIPLA is pleased to host ITC Commissioner David S. Johanson and Director of the Unfair Import Investigations Office Margaret Macdonald at this month’s meeting.   

Register early as space is limited.

Commissioner Johanson and Director Macdonald will focus their presentations on:

  • Draft complaint review process and pre-institution filings
  • Role and interaction of the 337 offices
  • Practice tips for interacting with OUII and the ALJs, including  recent changes to ITC processes and procedures
  • Behind the scenes of the decision making process at the Commission level after issuance of an initial determination
  • Remedy considerations and the public interest
    Practice tips for submissions to the Commission
