PROGRAM:
The presentation will focus on the emerging trends in patent enforcement, with detailed case law updates and an in-depth analysis of the proposed amendments to Chinese Patent Law. To improve efficiency in IP enforcement, Mr. Wang will further discuss tested practice tips that are unique to the Chinese IP environment. The presentation will lead to formulating an optimized IP strategy in China.

Mr. Wang is a Senior Patent Attorney and partner at Chofn Chinese IP Services. Mr. Wang holds a BS in Materials Science and an MS in Materials Science from Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London.
